Our Coaches
Eddie Streeter- Head Coach
Streeter is in his 8th season as head coach for Legacy High School A native of Modesto, California Streeter graduated from Downey High School in 2001. He played baseball at Modesto Junior College before transferring to the University of Mary where he played for 2 years.
Streeter was a graduate assistant at the University of Mary from 2007 to 2010 and a Volunteer assistant form 2010-2012. Streeter spent 2013-2016 seasons as an assistant under Jim Patton at Bismarck High. During the summer Streeter is an assistant coach for the Mandan Chiefs. Streeter is a Physical Education and Health teacher at Simle Middle School.
Streeter is married to his wife, Tia. They have two children, Memphis (13), Boston (8).
Andrew Dill- Assistant Coach
Andrew Dill is in his second year as an assistant coach for Legacy High School.
Dill previously coached at Shanley High School and the Bismarck 15-year-old All-Stars in 2017, where they went on to make the World Series in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.
A graduate of Bismarck High School in 2012, Dill went on to letter three years from his sophomore to senior campaign, earning an All-West Region selection and All-State selection his senior year.
Dill also played three years for the Bismarck Governors from 2011-2013, tying a Govs record in winning percentage by going 8-0 in 2012. He also holds the Govs ERA record of 0.82 from that same season.
Went to Minot State University and Bismarck State College for baseball and currently works as a personal banker for BNC National Bank in Bismarck.
Chris Scott- Assistant Coach
Chris is in his first year in the program. He is from Scottsdale, Arizona and played baseball at the University of Mary where he played Outfield and Pitcher. He is married to his amazing wife Rachael and have one beautiful 6 month year old daughter Nora
Lane Huck- Assistant Coach
Lane Huck began coaching baseball at Legacy High School in 2019. Originally from Williston, ND, Lane graduated from Trenton High School in 2013. He pursued his passion for baseball at Bismarck State College before transferring to the University of Mary, where he played for two years.
Lane is married to Courtney Huck, a teacher at Legacy. Together, they are proud parents of two children: Kadyn, aged 3, and Briar, aged 1.
Liam Sommer- Assistant Coach
Liam Sommer is from Butte, Montana. He is my first year in Legacy’s baseball program. He played baseball his whole life, signed at Lake Region State College in Devils Lake, ND for his first year. He then transferred to the University of Mary, where he played his last four years. He is attending Mary today getting his Masters in Business Administration.
Jim Patton- Assistant Coach
Jim Patton is in his 5th year with LHS, following 26 years at Bismarck High. A Bismarck native, Patton graduated from Century High School in 1988. Jim played American Legion baseball for the Bismarck Governors in 1987 and 1988, then moved on to play collegiately at Coffeyville Community College in Coffeyville, KS.
Jim is also very active in Bismarck Youth Baseball, where is he a Board member and Director of the AAA/Majors Division, in addition to coaching numerous league and travel teams for his children over the years.
Jim is currently a retail manager for Simonson Station Stores in Bismarck. He and his wife, Cindy, are the parents of four wonderful children: Benjamin (21) and Nicholas (19), along with future Sabers Andrew (16), and Elizabeth (14).
Hunter Sigette- Assistant Coach
Hunter Sigette is in his second-year coaching at Legacy. A Bismarck native, Sigette graduated from Legacy in 2018 before moving to Fargo to continue his education at NDSU. He received a degree in Physical Education and Health and is currently a teacher at Bismarck High. Hunter is married to his wife Alyda, and together they have one dog, Remi.
Bruce Klootwyk- Assistant Coach
Bruce is in his 2nd year with the program. Some of his earliest memories come from baseball. Friendships he still has to this day from little league and an annoying habit of pulling the ball right to first base. While in school, Opening Day of The Major League Season was like a holiday for him… he hasn't missed it since.
